Let's get BUFF! New to weightlifting? Learn the basics and level up your fitness regimen with a customized 6 week program. Get the attention you need with the fun of a group setting. All levels are welcome. Mondays: Upper Body Wednesdays: Lower Body PLEASE NOTE: Starting Monday 9/19, all studio classes are moving to The Class Space at 243 Smith Street in Cobble Hill.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 4 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture.
